Jessica M. Dubin

Ms. Dubin has practiced family law for almost two decades and has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including settlement, motion and trial practice, appellate work and ante- and post-nuptial agreement drafting. She became a fellow of the Massachusetts chapter of the AAML in 2017.

Ms. Dubin was co-trial counsel with Attorney David Lee and co-authored the Brief submitted to the Supreme Judicial Court for the prevailing party in the alimony case of Young v. Young, 478 Mass. 1 (2017). Ms. Dubin also co-authored with Attorney Lee the Briefs submitted for the prevailing party in Emery v. Sturtevant, 88 Mass. App. Ct. 1118 (2015) and 91 Mass. App. Ct. 502 (2017), a case involving imputation of income in setting support orders. Ms. Dubin served as the Co-Chair of the Family Law Steering Committee of the Boston Bar Association in 2014 and 2015.

Ms. Dubin volunteers as a mentor and attorney for the Women’s Bar Foundation Family Law Project, which provides pro bono representation to victims of domestic violence, as an “Attorney for the Day” and an ARC (Attorneys Representing Children) attorney in the Norfolk Probate & Family Court and as a conciliator for the Norfolk & Middlesex Probate & Family Courts.

Ms. Dubin has extensive experience with all aspects of domestic relations law, including the drafting of antenuptial and postnuptial agreements, the settling and litigating of divorce, modification, contempt and paternity cases, and appellate family law work.
