Jennifer Bingham
Jennifer is the founder of Bingham Dispute Resolution LLC, a law firm focused exclusively on family and matrimonial law. Jennifer has practiced for almost 23 years as a family law attorney with extensive experience in complex, high net worth, divorce cases. In addition to providing direct representation to clients in negotiated settlement cases, Jennifer serves as a mediator, arbitrator, conciliator and special master for private clients, attorneys and the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Jennifer is a Certified Mediator through the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer is an adjunct faculty member at Babson College in the Accounting and Law Department. Jennifer is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and New York Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts
Jennifer has been committed to improving the practice of family law in Massachusetts as a frequent lecturer at bar associations, lawyer organizations and continuing legal education and law schools. She is an active member of both the family law bar and dispute resolution community serving on the Board of Governors for the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, liaison to the Family Law Curriculum Advisory Board of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and she serves as Co-Chair of the National Arbitration Committee for the National American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, as well as the Joint Task Force between the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers/American Academy of Trusts Estate Council. Committed to mediation and alternate dispute approaches, Jennifer is member of the Massachusetts Council of Family Mediator and is a Practitioner in the Academy Professional Family Mediators and American Bar Association, and a member of the American Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Section.
Jennifer has repeatedly been named as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer, Best Lawyer in America @ in the area of family law and was named by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as Top Women in the Law.
